Live Chat: To enable us to help you on live chat it may on occasion be helpful to have your name and contact details.  This is the only information we will request on Live chat, if it becomes necessary to share sensitive information such as payment details, we will request alternative contact methods.  We will retain a copy of the transcript for training and reporting purposes only, retained transcripts will have any personal details anonymised.

Your live chat communication will be stored on the live chat platform for up to 120 days.

At the end of the live chat you will have the option to email yourself a copy of the transcript, alternatively you can copy and paste it.

Your live chat communication can only be viewed by specified live chat operators who are direct employees of The Skirting Board Shop, we do not use third party operatives.  We will not share any information from your live chat communication with anyone outside of our organisation.
